If you are truly looking for a personal memorial gift to send someone then April is your lady! I honestly struck gold when I found her Etsy site! I had heard that a good friend that I had lost touch with over the years had suddenly lost her teenage daughter. April could not have been more helpful and understanding. She went out of her way to make sure this gift would be special for them. She gave me constant updates and sent me photos of the finished product and how it would be shipped. When the family received it they texted me about how beautiful the gift was and how much it meant to them. April’s gift opened the door for me to reconnect with this family. I have looked into numerous memorials and these are definitely one of a kind. I loved that these include a quote, candle, picture frame, and customization of the dates and name of your loved one. We bought this for a gift for our aunt and uncle for the anniversary of their daughter's passing. I contacted the shop owner, April, and she was so quick with her responses and was willing to do it in time for the anniversary-just a few weeks. She gave me updates along the way and sent pictures of the memorial and how it was being shipped so I could see exactly what they would be receiving. She puts so much thought into her work and truly cares about what she is creating for her customers. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will refer her to everyone I know!

April was absolutely amazing! My aunt passed away suddenly and I emailed her if any way possible to get it in in time of the funeral for my family. From the first contact to the last - April (shop owner) was there with a quick response and helping hand. We purchased our memorial for my husband's parents and it looks fantastic. I wish I could include a picture to show you. We put their wedding picture in the frame. Its absolutely beautiful. The memorial was beautifully packaged and arrived within a couple of days from ordering. April - shop owner is an absolute gem.

I am absolutely in love with this set! Even more beautiful than in the picture! These memorials are solid wood and heavy, they will last. She did a wonderful job painting them and the glass votives and candle are a great touch. I will be sending these for sympathy gifts now instead of flowers.
